How do I play?

Tap anywhere to jump. Hold the tap to jump higher. That's the whole control scheme. The How to Play guide in Settings lists every pickup and hazard.

What does Remove Ads do?

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase through the App Store. It turns off the banner on the menu and the ads between runs, permanently, on every device signed in with your Apple ID.

I bought Remove Ads but the ads came back.

If ads returned after reinstalling or switching phones, open Settings in the game, then Purchases, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Leaderboard button does nothing.

The leaderboard uses Game Center. Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings and relaunch the game.

Where is my progress saved?

Coins, trophies and purchases are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes that progress. Remove Ads can always be restored.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@kubesparkstudios.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

KubeDash has no accounts and we don't run servers for it, so almost all of your data lives on your device and you can delete it yourself at any time.

Delete the data on your device: uninstall KubeDash. This permanently erases your scores, coins, trophies, settings and the record that ads were removed.

Delete your leaderboard score: email support@kubesparkstudios.com with your Game Center display name and we'll remove it.

Delete advertising data: open iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. You can review ad data Google holds at adssettings.google.com.

Or ask us: email support@kubesparkstudios.com with the subject "KubeDash data deletion request" and your Game Center display name. We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

What is kept: records of a Remove Ads purchase are held by Apple under its own policies, which is why the purchase can always be restored. Advertising data already collected by Google AdMob is held by Google under its retention policy. We store no KubeDash player data on our own systems.
